Withdrawal Instructions
1. Online withdrawal:
Investors log in to the management account provided on the ALIA website to submit a withdrawal request. Note that this is a management account, not a CQG account, please check your email with subject "Notice of successful trading account opening" from ALIA to receive login. Withdrawal requests include:

NOTE:
Withdrawal time: 8:00-17:00 from Monday to Friday. Withdrawals made after this time will be processed the next business day.
VMEX will process immediately upon receiving the withdrawal request if the request is valid. The time it takes for the money to be withdrawn to the account is from 30-90 minutes, up to 36 hours depending on the banking system
2. Withdrawal via switchboard:
NOTE: In case of withdrawal via switchboard, investors are required to save the withdrawal request with signature at ALIA
Execution time:
From Monday to Friday except public holidays and New Year
Morning: From 8:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m
Afternoon: From 13h00 to 15h00
Implementation steps:
Step 1: Call the switchboard from the registered phone number.
Step 2: Provide the trader with the account number, and account holder verification information.
Step 3: Submit the withdrawal request and confirm the request again.
